The Patient Health Education Portal is an online platform designed to provide health education resources, condition-specific information, and support materials to patients. The portal is operated by PHEP and is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be a registered patient, caregiver, or authorised healthcare provider to access certain features of the portal.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at info@setfacility.in if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared with others.

4. Acceptable Use

By using the portal, you agree not to:

• Use the portal for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the portal or its underlying systems.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, including healthcare providers or portal staff.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the portal.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the portal or its related services.

All content on this portal — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of PHEP or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and print portal content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content without our prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Links & Content

The portal may contain links to third-party websites or resources for your convenience. PHEP does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

7. User-Submitted Content

If you submit any feedback, comments, or content through the portal, you grant PHEP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purposes of operating and improving the portal. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PHEP and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the portal, including but not limited to reliance on any information provided on the portal.

PHEP does not warrant that the portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PHEP and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the portal, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

PHEP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the portal at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, PHEP, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the portal will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

11. Modifications to the Portal & Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the portal (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the portal after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PHEP operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
